Resipi Kuih Cara Berlauk
2 cawan tepung gandum
½ cawan tepung jagung
1 cawan santan pekat
3 cawan santan cair
1 biji telor
1 camb. gula
1 camt. serbuk kunyit

Inti:
2 ringgit daging kisar

CARA-CARANYA:
Untuk inti:
- ketuk bawang putih
- tumis kan bayang putih hingga wangi,

- Angkat dan sejukan.
- Gaulkan bersama daun sop yang dimayang tadi.
Untuk tepung:
- Masukkan semua bahan dalam belender gaul hingga sebati.

Persediaan Barang Bersalin Di Hospital Selayang
Saya telah tinggal selama 7 hari di hospital selayang dari sebelum bersalin hinggalah sudah bersalin.

Rajin-rajinla urut bayi anda
Alhamdulillah..saya mendapat pendedahan awal mengenai urutan bayi melalui website babycenter dan Johnson & Johnson. Ditambah lagi nenek saudara seorang bidan mengajar saya bagaimana mengurut bayi dan kebaikannya.
Saya kerap mengurut Lutfir selepas mandi dan sekali sekala sebelum tidur. Sekali atau dua kali sehari. Saya mengurut mengunakan minyak telon dan minyak bayi Johnson & Johnson.
Saya urut mengikut urutan yang diajar dalam video Johnson & Johnson dan cara nenek saudara.
Selain daripada urutan dalam video J&J, Nenek saudara mengajar mengosok bawah punggung bayi bagi mengajar bayi kencing dan berak teratur. Urutan di lutut menguatkan kaki dan mempercepatkan bayi berjalan. Urut di bawah ari-ari, celah peha dan perut.

Kaedah di bawah boleh dijadikan panduan.
Mulakan urutan dengan:
1. Kaki — Urut menghala menjauhi jantung dengan usapan bentuk C. Urutan bermula di buku lali, bergerak ke paha dan balik ke buku lali. Bengkok dan luluskan kaki bayi serta buat pergerakan seperti mengayuh dan lakukannya secara perlahan-lahan. Buat latihan jari dengan membengkok dan meluruskan setiap jari supaya semua sendi digerakkan. Tolak sedikit jari ke belakang perlahan-lahan.
2. Perut — Gunakan kedua-dua tangan. Lebih mudah jika anda di hujung kepala bayi. Urut perutnya perlahan-lahan dalam bentuk huruf U. Pegang kakinya dan bengkokkan hingga ke perut.
3. Tangan — Ulang proses sama seperti mengurut kaki.
4. Dada — Urut dengan menggunakan tapak tangan. Urut ke arah keluar (melintang) dari tengah dada menghala ke atas sehingga ke bahu, dan turun ke tulang rusuk. Urut secara menyerong dari paha kanan ke bahu kiri. Ulang untuk kaki sebelah lagi.
5. Muka — Urut secara bulatan kecil pada kulit kepala. Urutan ini juga boleh dilakukan ketika mandi dan memakai syampu. Usap dahi, keliling mata dan kening. Untuk pipi, usap secara melintang dari tulang pipi ke telinga. Urut secara bulatan di bawah dagu, keliling telinga dan tengkuk. Urut perlahan-lahan dengan memberi sedikit tekanan. Cara ini akan membuatkan bayi berasa lebih selesa.
6. Belakang badan — Tiarapkan bayi anda. Gunakan minyak dan urut badan belakang dari atas tulang belakang hingga ke pangkal punggung menggunakan kedua-dua tangan. Buat urutan secara bulatan dari bahu, turun ke badan, punggung, paha dan kaki.
Urut bahu menggunakan tapak tangan dan akhiri dengan satu usapan panjang dari bahu ke kaki. Urutan ini mengambil masa antara 20 hingga 30 minit dan kanak-kanak akan lebih tenang serta segar apabila diurut.

Give your child the smart kinds of fat.
