Forgiveness is one of the most distinguishing features of Ramadan. If we truly want Allah's love, mercy and forgiveness, we must remember that the pleasures in this world are transient, and we are working toward that which is permanent. Is it worth being bitter and stunting our growth? Will it really benefit us? Will our anger and bitterness change the person who has hurt us?

Let us use this Ramadan to open our hearts to those who have wronged us and forgive them as we beg Allah to forgive us..


Love a little more than what is necessary..
Work a little harder than what is required..
Be a little kinder than what is usual..
Give a little more than what u feel u can afford..
Stand in a prayer a little longer than what u intended..
Be a little more patient than what u feel u can handle..
It is that little extra effort sparked by sincerity in the heart
that makes your ordinary self extraordinary...


Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Donut Untuk Lutfir

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim





BAHAN-BAHAN
3 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan air suam 
2 sudu besar mentega
6 sudu besar gula pasir (boleh kurang bagi yang tak suka manis) ATAU
1 cawan gula
3 sudu besar susu pekat manis/ 1/2 cawan susu segar
1 paket yis (jenama mauripan)
1 biji telur

Untuk sukatan, saya pakai cawan plastik ikea



CARA MEMASAK
  1. Baca bismillah dan selawat dulu...
  2. Cairkan mentega dan ketepikan.
  3. Gula dan susu disatukan di dalam air suam, kacau supaya gula larut. masukkan yis, kacau lagi. Biarkan selama 10 minit.
  4. Pukul telur sedikit dan campurkan bersama mentega yang dicairkan tadi.
  5. Selepas 10 minit yis akan naik berbuih-buih, masukkan pula mentega yang dicampur telur tadi dan kacau.
  6. Masukkan campuran yis ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi tepung gandum, gaul sebati dengan senduk kayu. Sambil gaul2 tu, baca Ya Latif 3 kali untuk melembutkan hati anak dan agar anak mendengar kata.
  7. Tutup adunan dengan plastic wrap atau kain. Biarkan adunan selama 45 minit - 1jam. Selepas 45minit-1jam, adunan akan mengembang 2 kali ganda.
  8. Banyakkan tepung ditangan supaya adunan tak melekat semasa membentuk adunan. (adunan memang agak lembik). Letak doh atas dulang, Leperkan dan potong kepada beberapa bahagian guna pisau kek secret recipe atau pisau biasa.  
  9. Ambil 1 bahagian dan bBuat bentuk donut atau bentuk anda suka.
  10. Sediakan minyak untuk menggoreng. gunakan api sederhana. alih selalu supaya dapat warna yang sekata. setelah agak kekuningan bolehlah diangkat. 
  11. Celup donut dengan coklat atau gula pasir... saya suka peanut butter!
