Forgiveness is one of the most distinguishing features of Ramadan. If we truly want Allah's love, mercy and forgiveness, we must remember that the pleasures in this world are transient, and we are working toward that which is permanent. Is it worth being bitter and stunting our growth? Will it really benefit us? Will our anger and bitterness change the person who has hurt us?

Let us use this Ramadan to open our hearts to those who have wronged us and forgive them as we beg Allah to forgive us..


Love a little more than what is necessary..
Work a little harder than what is required..
Be a little kinder than what is usual..
Give a little more than what u feel u can afford..
Stand in a prayer a little longer than what u intended..
Be a little more patient than what u feel u can handle..
It is that little extra effort sparked by sincerity in the heart
that makes your ordinary self extraordinary...


Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Sup Kacang Dhal dan Sayur Campur bersama Ayam

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim


Esok dah 1 Jun 2012...CEPATNYA masa berlalu! Lutfir dah 1 tahun 2 bulan.

Lutfir dan abahnya dah tidur. Ummi masih mengadap komputer mencari resipi nak masak apa untuk Lutfir esok.

Nampak Lutfir macam dah bosan. Ummi kena cari resipi baru untuk masak makanan Lutfir.

Tadaaaa...

Ummi jumpa resipi ni..ini untuk makan tengah hari dan malam Lutfir


Sup Kacang Dhal dan Sayur Campur bersama Ayam


50 g (½ cup) kacang dhal, direndam semalaman
30 g (2 sudu makan) kacang pis, dibuang kulit
25 g (1 biji) tomato, dibelah empat
45 g (½ biji) ubi kentang, dipotong dadu
60 g (½ cawan) lobak merah, dipotong dadu
76 g (½ keping) tauhu, dipotong dadu
30 g (¹⁄³ cawan) kobis, dicincang
1750 ml (7 cawan) stok ayam rebusan sendiri
Garam secukup rasa

Cara Memasak
1 Rebuskan stok ayam dan kacang dhal di dalam periuk selama 30 minit.
2 Masukkan ubi kentang, lobak merah dan kacang pis. Rebus sehingga
lembut.
3 Masukkan kobis ke dalam periuk dan teruskan merebus selama 3 minit.
4 Masukkan tomato dan tauhu.
5 Masukkan garam dan renehkan sup selama 1 minit.
6 Hidangkan panas bersama dengan nasi.



Harap sangat Lutfir suka...Ummi sebelum tido ni pergi rendam kacang dal!
