Forgiveness is one of the most distinguishing features of Ramadan. If we truly want Allah's love, mercy and forgiveness, we must remember that the pleasures in this world are transient, and we are working toward that which is permanent. Is it worth being bitter and stunting our growth? Will it really benefit us? Will our anger and bitterness change the person who has hurt us?

Let us use this Ramadan to open our hearts to those who have wronged us and forgive them as we beg Allah to forgive us..


Love a little more than what is necessary..
Work a little harder than what is required..
Be a little kinder than what is usual..
Give a little more than what u feel u can afford..
Stand in a prayer a little longer than what u intended..
Be a little more patient than what u feel u can handle..
It is that little extra effort sparked by sincerity in the heart
that makes your ordinary self extraordinary...


Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Resipi Ayam Masak Kicap Lutfir Suka

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Assalamualaikum w.b.t Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim


Resipi Ayam Masak Kicap Lutfir Suka

Bahan-bahan:


  • 1/2 kilo ayam
  • 2 biji kentang dipotong wedges
  • Serbuk kunyit secukupnya
  • 2 labu bawang besar | hiris bulat
  • 1 labu bawang putih | hiris bulat
  • 1 tangkai cili merah | hiris
  • 5 cm halia | ketuk
  • 1 batang kulit kayu manis
  • 2 kuntum bunga lawang
  • 1/2 cawan kicap manis cap kipas udang
  • 1/2 cawan air
  • Lada putih kisar secukupnya (jika tiada, tak mengapa)
  • Garam
  • secubit gula


Cara:


  1. Gaul ayam dan kentang dengan kunyit dan garam. Biarkan 5 minit sebentar.
  2. Panaskan minyak, goreng terendam ayam dan diikuti dengan kentang. Selepas itu ketepikan,
  3. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan hirisan bawang besar, bawang putih, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan halia hingga naik bau wangi.
  4. Masukkan ayam dan kentang,  kacau rata.
  5. Masukkan kicap manis, lada putih, gula dan garam, gaul rata.
  6. Letak air dan biarkan hingga mendidih.
  7. Dah masak tabur hirisan cili merah. Kacau rata.
  8. Matikan api. Sedia untuk dimakan dengan nasi!



Tip:


  1. Kalau nak pedas, masukkan hirisan cili padi 5-10 biji semasa masukkan kicap.
  2. Masa menumis paling penting, bila dah naik bau insyaallah sedapla masak kicap tu.
  3. Kalau suka banyak kuah, gunakan 1 cawan air.
  4. Kalau suka kuah pekat, letak 1 sudu tepung jagung sikit.
  5. Jika nak, lada hitam letak masa masak kicap mendidih.
  6. Selain kentang,boleh letak tomato, kacang buncis dan karot.
  7. Jika tak mahu goreng ayam tu, perap ayam seketika bersama kicap pekat, kicap manis & sos tiram.
  8. Saya kalau masak lauk ni untuk Lutfir, saya akan potong dadu ayam, karot dan kentang.
